Welcome to Sultan Beauty. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

(a) Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Sultan Beauty’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

6. Payment and Deposit Policy

(a) All service bookings require a deposit of 10% of the total service cost to confirm the appointment.

(b) The remaining balance must be paid at the salon on the day of the service.

(c) Deposit Refund Policy:

• The deposit is refundable if the appointment is cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service time.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the deposit being non-refundable.

7. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on Sultan Beauty’s website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Sultan Beauty does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current.

8. Links

Sultan Beauty has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site.

9. Modifications

Sultan Beauty may revise these Terms of Service for its website at any time without notice.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
