These Terms & Conditions apply to bookings and use of the website and services of Sultan Hair & Beauty. By making a booking you agree to these terms.

Bookings and deposits

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. The deposit is put towards the total cost of your treatment, with the balance payable at the salon. Please arrive on time; if you are significantly late we may not be able to carry out your treatment.

Cancellations and changes

If you need to cancel or rearrange, please let us know as early as possible by calling 02920 484170. Deposits for cancellations made at short notice or for missed appointments may not be refundable.

Prices and services

Prices are shown on our website and may change. The final price depends on the treatment provided. Results of treatments can vary from person to person.

Loyalty points and vouchers

  • You earn 1 loyalty point for every £1 spent on completed bookings.
  • 100 points can be redeemed for a £5 voucher.
  • Vouchers are single-use, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Discount codes and vouchers cannot be combined unless stated.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure. Please let us know if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Liability

Please tell us about any allergies, medical conditions or medication before your treatment. We are not liable for reactions where relevant information was not disclosed. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
